About me
Pleased to meet you! My name is Nhan and I am based in Melbourne. In 2025, I am a third-year student at Monash University, studying a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Information Technology.
At university, I am a committee member of the Society of Monash Electrical Engineers, Monash University Philharmonic Society, IEEE Monash, Transport Engineers at Monash and Engineers Without Borders Monash. I play violin in the Monash Philharmonic Orchestra and am building a locomotive with Monash Railway Express.
Outside university, I am in the Young Institute of Transportation Engineers ANZ, and have been part of the Whitehorse City Council team in the Victorian Youth Parliament and the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner's Youth Advisory Group.
My interests span technology, competitive programming, music, education policy, politics, electoral systems, transport and more.
My current projects include looking at electoral system reform and mapping transit in real time.
